Can I send shipping alerts or any documents to my customer directly from Secom ?

Yes, Secom allows you to send copy of your shipping documents or automatics shipping alerts to your recipients. 

Can I export my data into a csv file?

Yes, Secom allows you to export your data into a csv file. either through the system or via the support.

Can I track my shipment?

Tracking your shipment is easy. When you are logged into Secom, a simple click on your shipment will open the carrier's website with all the information available for tracking.

Can I add my company logo to my export documents?

Yes, you can store an electronic version of your logo in your company profile and it will appears on all shipping documents.

Can I scan in my signature and add it to my export forms?

Yes, you can store an electronic version of your scanned signatures in your company profile and then choose the right signature for shipping documents.

How do I request access to Secom?

Simply fill out the required information about yourself and your organization and register online. A Secom sales representative will contact you and validate the activation procedure and access to Secom. Payment is required for access to Secom.

Can I add people to my account or do I have to share my password?

You can add as many users as you want to your company's Secom account. You can give individual users limited or full access to all Secom features.

If I only need the features available in Starter plan now, can I upgrade to Pro or Enterprise plan later?

Yes, if your organization doesn't conduct much exporting right now or can't afford to invest in Pro or Enterprise plan, you can start with Starter plan and upgrade to the Pro or Enterprise plan later. You'll have access to all of your prior shipments through the Starter plan.

How can I cancel my Secom subscription?

You can cancel your subscription plan through your account or by sending an email within the specified cancellation period.
